Baby Shower Favors and Decorations

Great for baby showers or bridal parties.  Found these on JC's Loft. Here are her instructions but be sure to visit the site for variations.


    They are super easy to make!  Pick a base such as a votive holder or flower pot.  Glue a piece of foam inside the bottom of your base.  Stick a dowel rod (I painted and sanded mine) into the foam.  Fill the base with bath salt.  Cut a small square of fabric, wrap around your base, and tie with a ribbon.  Or cut a thin strip of the same fabric and use that as a ribbon!  Then pop your sponge on top of the dowel rod and TA DA your very own custom bath and body favor!  To make the bow just cut a long thin strip of coordinating fabric, tie in a bow, and use a tiny safety pink to attach to the sponge.
