Day 3 is fruit and veggies so I made a seasonal salad with watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries, and grapes. The dressing I used was a lite strawberry vinaigrette. This salad is so good. When I'm not doing the 7 day diet, I will put roasted pecans on it.
Today I realized Mother's Day is this Sunday, the last day of my diet. I really don't won't to eat cabbage soup on Mother's day. What's a girl supposed to do?
