Today was chicken and tomato day but I changed days because we were going out of town. I used my chicken and veggie day instead. I don't see how it could make any difference to switch days. We went to a restaurant and I ate baked chicken and no carb veggies. That chicken was rocking (after 4 days with no meat) Why is it we always want what we can't have. The fruit on the buffet looked so good, and I don't like fruit that much. I think I will look at food different after this diet. I still can't decide what to do on Mother's Day, but I think I will eat meat and veggies only.
