Painted Craft Box

This picture really doesn't do this craft justice. I found this box unpainted at a craft store (of course it was on sale) and thought it would make a great container for a gift. I spray painted it pink. Since I am no artist I had to figure out a way to make it stand out without spending alot of money. I found this flower type sticker tatto at the dollar store. Though it doesn't show up on the picture. It really gives it alot of bling.. A few small gifts tucked in, a clear wrap and a bow, and you have a one of a kind, unique gift that teens or college students will love. Once the gifts are removed, it can be used as a pencil holder.

Gift for College Students

Don’t limit your gift “baskets” to just wicker baskets. Here is an idea for a gift that is truly unique:
For students heading to college, use a large clear container with useful items they can use in the dorm. Some suggestions include a clock, a college sweatshirt, plug in room deodorizers, a throw rug, small pillow, towels, washcloths, liquid soap or picture frames. Showcase the items for a unique gift. Roll the sweatshirt so the college name shows and put it in the front. This will be your focus item. You can add small items on the side that will show. Play with the items until you get the desired look.
*TIP: For a large container, buy a coordinating tablecloth ($1) and gather at the top. When you cut the excess you have a fluffy bow that will definitely get noticed.
